Tenaya Lake is a beautiful body of water carved by the Tenaya Glacier, which also helped form Half Dome, Yosemite’s iconic rock formation. The lake is easily reached via California State Route 120, making it a popular photo stop. Yosemite National Park is roughly 320 kilometers east of San Francisco, California.
