Chef Jeff Drew, who entered the culinary field as a caterer at the precocious age of 13, was encouraged by his mentor to attend The Culinary Institute of America. As part of his experience, he completed an externship at Harrah's, a five-star, five-diamond resort in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. Drew’s love of the outdoors and a desire to contribute to a thriving restaurant community brought him and his family to the resort town of Jackson Hole, Wyoming. His modern American culinary style has found its home in the rustic elegance of the Snake River Grill, where he serves as executive chef.
